The Jung is pleased to showcase “unBlocked” by the University of Houston: School of Art’s Photography and Digital Media graduating artists and the Aurora Picture Show’s curator, Mary Magsamen. Artists who will be part of this exhibition include: Paulo Aninag, Michael Burgas, Brittney Connelly, Danielle Fessler, Os Galindo, Vanessa Godden, Nicole Henderson, Daniela Hernandez, Fatmeh Hmaidan, Brittney Imwald-Mahar, Claudia Melgar, Gisela Parker, Megan Rath, Ian Russell, Melissa Tran, & Thais Verissimo.

In my world, surrealism is a close friend and reality remains at a questionable distance. Tonalist’s Reverie, and my performance videos, take an uncertain view just as my emotion does to myself at times; creating a sort of “longing” to reach a satisfaction, even if pushing my physical limits, to reach some degree of comfort.
